I really only want it for slaying to replace my torso, i don't want tassets because my leg spot is taken by sacred clay legs while slaying. Want to be my friend? If you don't have anything else to buy and extra money get it because it is an extra defence bonus and noone can have enough of that. Torso is rubbish. I like my Bandos others may not. A good defense set up is prosy top and verac skirt. It has around same def as bandos or better i forget. Ya it turned into the great debate whether prossy+prayer is better than other methods. I just use full bandos and SGS because I like it and don't need to sit there get carpal tunnel from prayer switching my piety for 10k xp extra and hour. I'd get the chest just for the extra defence bonuses because defence bonuses are useful. It's up to you though depends on what you enjoy doing. Veracs skirt 'tis the best for leg armor, no debate there. Proslyte and +10% prayer is going to be the best. Bandos's +4 strength is going to net you roughly 1/60th more XP\hour, and the price drops will probably cost much more then the small amount of time it might save.
