SomeWelshGuy
You need to understand what each barrows set means. You only need every piece if you want the set effect. Also, Ahrims is mage armour, and Veracs only used for it's prayer set effect. You would be better off with just Torags plate + legs. You do not need the weapons or helmets. SomeWelshGuy
Patience is a virtue, young Jedi. You have a lot yet to learn. Sorry, I just had to say that. http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=barro ... tm#rewards - This should help you :) Retired Tip.It Crew Mapper. Kellis
First off, under your tip.it account change your RS type to p2p, since you're obviously paying to play. It says f2p now, which is sad and confusing. Second off, why didn't you buy the d long in Zanaris? It would have been easier than waiting at the GE. Third, sell your halberd immediately, they're not useful for general training. If you want something for strength training before whip, either get a rune scimmy (decent damage, very cheap) or finish Monkey Madness for the dragon scimmy. As for the quest itself, just straight follow the steps in the tip.it guide, read the map, and you shouldn't have any problems. Barrows, now. Barrows sets all require 70 def, as well as 70 mage for Ahrim's and 70 range for Karil's. Barrows sets provide very high defense bonuses, but they degrade (100% over about 15 hours OF COMBAT, while not in combat it doesn't degrade). You DON'T need the whole set unless you want the set effect. Go to the tip.it combat guide to see these. Guthan's provides healing when you're wearing the full set, which is why it's so expensive. For general training, I'd recommend picking up Torag's Plate and Legs just for the defense bonuses. Don't bother with buying it as a set or picking up the weapon. Finally, don't waste 900k or 1 mil on barrows sets before you've got your whip. Keep your current shoddy armor and save up money for the whip first before being sidetracked by armor that you'll regularly have to pay repair costs on. SomeWelshGuy
Buy full rune then, cheap and efficient. You just simply cannot progress in the game without armour. Retired Tip.It Crew Mapper.

Kellis
Wow, what a terrible idea. Go and gather some resources to earn a couple hundred k. Pick flax and spin into bowstrings. Chop yews or magics. (Also, post your levels so we have some idea what you can and can't do). Fish lobbies, or monks if you've done the quest. Gather cow hides, big bones, anything that doesn't require much fighting. Once you've got ~200k, get a set of full rune armor. Sure, it seems low, but it's honestly the best you can get for now and it'll hold you for a while. Wear it and go skill or kill green dragons (don't forget your anti-dragonfire shield!!!! from the duke of lumbridge), and bank hides and bones. Do this to earn money, it'll only take a few hours of this to get enough for a whip if you're efficient. Buy your whip. If you haven't got 70 attack yet, go out and train for it. Kill something easy like fleshcrawlers, fire giants (while carefully watching your health), or more green dragons for more money. Once you've got 70 attack, your whip, AND some cash, then consider buying some barrows armor. Be sure that when you buy your barrows, you've still got a decent money buffer to pay for repair costs! Forget about fighting, focus on skilling. Get 40 fishing for lobsters and 60 woodcutting for yews. Do these to earn money. Consider getting 53 hunter for chins, too, it goes up fast. ALSO, stop making multiple posts 30 seconds apart. They're really not necessary, most of the time. It's a forum, not a chat.

Kellis
ok.....but where can i find dragons 4 pages isn't quick anymore . . . go look up green dragons on the tip.it bestiary site, it will tell you where to find them. The best places are chaos tunnels or in level 12 or so wildy north of Falador, accessible easily by heading NW from Edgeville. Now that we've given you the advice and the next steps to take, go do them! Good luck! :
