Paint -> Image -> Stretch\Skew -> just mess with the horizontal and vertical ones at the top, always make sure to have them equal. So if ya wanna make it small, type 75 into BOTH boxes, and go from there. I have all the 99s, and have been playing since 2001. January 27, 200917 yr Author aye..gl on ur green mask goal. i also would love to get a rare..but i cant stop spending money lol have u tried willows or do u just want to cut yews for profit? yea the green mask will be awsome!!! and I cut yew trees for profit. while I'm waiting for the yew tree to respawn I cut oak logs and drop them for some extra exp. I was using the safe spots and I would pick up the drops and use the low alchemy from the explorers ring.
