Solo'ing Kree'arra is difficult, and intense. I've done it many times, and have good equipment for it. At 98 range, 96 magic, 70 prayer and 92 defence, I suggest and use this set-up:

Rune crossbow

 

Snakeskin boots

In your inventroy, you'll need poison bolts for kc and diamond bolts for Kree'arra. If you want to use blood bolts, bring a bolt pouch to save inv space. Keep an unholy book for kc, and house tablet for emergencies. Your brews:restore rate with war tort should be about 28:14.

Barrows gloves protect over Armadyl Legs.

 

Use Karils if you don't have Armadyl item, and I suppose a rune kite could replace DFS, or a spirit shield. I get 4-5 kills mostly with this set-up, sometimes more, sometimes less.

 

Range pray, steel skin, eagle eye, and protect item.
