You'd probably get 20 or so kills per tab, probably more considering how much armor you're bringing. If you aren't planning to do so already, I'd kill them in the Eyrie. There's a lot more spawns there and it's a lot less crowded.

As a rule of thumb 1 kill=1 bar. But you'll get plenty of other drops like rune daggers (alch), airs, waters, bloods, and herbs.
