December 26, 200817 yr yup.. the combat stats are low, but i doubt anyone with those levels are going to be able to complete all the quests.
December 27, 200817 yr Agreed; with such low hitpoints its pretty hard to imagine any Lvl-3 finishing all quests (impossible even). But the list probably shows the minimum levels (in this case there's no quest that requires minimum level for hp therefore it's placed at 10) Basically the list doesn't show the recommended minimum levels but the minimum levels that the game requires one to have. Of course, the higher the stats the better~
