Yeah. Green D'hide bodies give 186 exp ea. They're expensive though.

 

If you buy the hides and tan then yourself it's ~440 loss per body

 

but if you buy them tanned it's ~850 loss ea.

 

 

 

It's quite fast exp, I'd say 200k P/h easy.

 

 

 

So if you buy them tanned, from around 80 it'll be ~50M :P.

Yes, it is possible. Assuming that 99 is @ 13035000 xp and your current xp is 1500000, you will need 11535000 more xp.

 

Buy uncut sapphires and cut them. You will get around 100k xp an hour. And the loss is about 4gp per xp so it will cost you around 46m or so. That is the only method i know(im pure f2p) .
