Should u buy a dwarf cannon?

Ok so i have been wondering if it is worth buying the dwarf cannon for ranging.

 

so i would like to no if they do give u 100k exp and hour?

 

if they do end up costing over 50m in cannonballs to get to 99?

 

and anything else about the cannon i should no.

Wrong Forum, but the cannon is worth getting, if you slay a lot it really comes in handy. If you want to to train Ranged then it's also very good.

I wouldn't use it for range training, considering I find it poor exp compared to chinchompras.

 

 

 

Then again, I don't really power-train. xD I just attack stuff and let the exp slowly come.

Makes slayer task a bit easier. Also a must if you want an untrimmed slayer cape, although I don't really see a point in it.

 

Also fun to use at Yaks and annoy people like hell

I love my cannon, and I use it alot when slaying. It really does speed up the tasks, while giving that extra boost in ranged exp thats always nice.

i think it will cost over 50m and you wont get 100k per hr

Don't waste your money. If you want 100k Range exp/hour use chins. It won't happen any other way (to my knowledge)

 

 

 

Cannons are a money sink, they gain you nothing in return. Some will say cannon ice trolls but the exp there is minimal and it is the only place you could range with a cannon and gain profits, but its not worth it. 45k range exp/hour combines with probably 150k gp if your lucky. Your better off killing Aviansies for 25-30k range exp and 400k profit in an hour then spending that money on chins for 100k+ range exp in an hour. (All these numbers are based off my stats as well as others. Mainly 93 range, my level)

Ahem getting back to the topic of a cannon,

 

I bought a cannon only because it gives range exp and no hp exp. Meaning that it wont level my combat until im 94 range which is a long time from now. It may cost money but if you have some extra cash and want some quick range exp without having to use a bow then buy a cannon.
