Alright first of all you need a program that can do it. For example, adobe photoshop Image Ready. You simply add different frames to that image. After it loads it continusly rotates through the frames giving the illusion of anitmation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To make transparent images first make sure that the Matee is set to transparent. Next you need to eliminate all of the background. The most normal setting is a checkboard background to show a law of background. The "Magic Eraser/Wand" Tool is best for background elimination!

Ok could someone put a link where I can download a free trail or a complete program to make a animated picture and I ain't so clear about the transparent part I once did it few years back with I think paint

http://www.gifworks.com gives you limited editing rights to gif files with no need to install software. You can transparitise images on there.
