Seeing as you have 83 cooking, I'd find somewhere where you can bank, then run to the wilderness, light a fire, and cook. I would personally (If I wasn't 99 already) buy lots of raw pies, whatever kind give the most experience to cook, and then use the lunar pie bake spell in the wilderness.
