January 3, 200917 yr Vinesweeper is the way to go. Try to plant the best you can in all patches, it wont take you very long. Also, do tears of guthix, if farming is your lowest skill.

January 3, 200917 yr I just wc yews at catherby and plant herbs marigolds and allotments at ardougne and catherby. Every time you bank you check your plants at catherby, then every once in a while you check your ardougne plants. LOL. This could take a while.
January 3, 200917 yr Do Fairy Tale Part 1. It has no farming requirement to complete and it gives you 3500 experience, which should get you to level 18 from your current level. It also gives you magic secateurs, an invaluable tool for farming. After that, you can plant the highest level trees, fruit trees, and herbs that you can. It's only a couple runs until 25, so you should be able to get it within two days at the most, without much effort. Actually, you could then do Forgettable Tale (which requires 17 farming) and get another 5k experience, which is 25 farming all on its own. Quests ftw.
