a stealing creation hammer, it's a morphic/volitate tool that you changed into a hammer, they double the xp you gain but they crumble to dust after a while (before you buy some of them, make sure you check that you buy the one that you can choose what it becomes!)

get 50 runecrafting and play gop (go search a 50/50 clan), it's the best way to make money in ftp that gives exp and that isn't risky or doesn't require 85 mining

sadly, camelot has no bank, I think you meant seer village here. I'd say falador, there are several oaks there, and some of them are really close to a bank

Torso does suck. It has been calculated by Compfreak that it is a total and utter waste of time getting it unless you plan to spend 1000+ hours training. FINAL CONCLUSION: TORSO SUCKS. And believe me, Compfreak has only been wrong once, and that was when he said Slayer (with capital S) sucks

do the highest MTK seed you can/have, but keep them all, except banana and acorns (and under) because you will have enough for your daily tree farming trip using only orange and willow+ (this works for me, but I don't do a daily farming trip, have a load of willows spare though)

I put 10 on fish, but also 5 on maple, because I use the seeds I get from the nests for farming

If you have clan lists you could possibly revamp clan wars: a portal, which can lead to different areas and every area has a special effect (a bit like arcanists) there could be desert, a volcano, every clan has his own waiting room which they can design as they want with trophies and such(like POH's) and with a portal to the battle area (or lobby) and there could be a treasury, where you can donate to your clan, and you could buy armours with that money, who go tot he armoury, your clan can use those armours to fight, but only in the clan wars arena and the waiting room and such, and with the money in the treasury you could, apart from buying weapons and armours, stake with a limit which is the trade limit of your clan members together, so there's no RWTing. Oh, you shouldn't be able to take money out of the treasury, and if you want to donate, you could only do that by being a member of the clan, and there should be some limit of donating or leaving and entering your clan (RWT...). Your clan should be able to design it own capes, which get a little stronger every time your clan wins the jagex clan cup. PS: this was my idea of can wars even before clan wars got released

About the death sword: killing any foo with lower hp instantly? That's a bit overrated, as most monsters people train on have low hp (armoured zombies, ghostly warriors,..) I think it should give less experience (because what you says is an easy 300 xp in one slash)

I need that update! About those pets: in the kitchen you have a cat blanket already, maybe update it to a cage?
