i want around 80 herblore or so, this is the only skill that i never cared enough about to research so id like to know the cheapest OR fastest ways to raise this skill, preferably cheapest.

let me rephrase this, im willing to spend 10-20mil sitting at ge to buy all the stuff to get around 80 herblore yet looking for the cheapest way to do that which i know isnt cheap for average people as cheap is around 10mil to me.
