has anyone noticed this or is it just me but i can't seem to do anything to make it better except switch to *ugh* low detail and its getting annoying. its not like im running anything other then tip it or runescape

Do a virus scan, and than get CCleaner and use that. Works for me! And if you want, defrag your HD. >_>
