January 4, 200917 yr How the hell do i catch things? Ive set my trap in the right place but nothing seems to get caught. Im only level two now and im doind crimson swifts. Can anyone help me? January 4, 200917 yr ye it's horrible for the first like 10 lvls then it get sooo much easier trust me on this..lvl 85 hunter....just keep plugging away at it! [spoiler=Sig] I like to think of the Dark Bow like a Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) - you get one shot and then you're screwed.
January 4, 200917 yr For a better chance of catching: Wear camo clothes in the style of the area you are hunting in. Stand away from your trap / hide behind something. It may take a while for a bird to notice the trap. Once they have noticed it, they will either perch and get trapped, or pull away at the last second and knock the trap over. You might want to wait and use some exp lamps/tears of guthix/quest rewards to make it easier to hunt. Or you could try hunting something lower leveled.
