January 10, 200917 yr Drinking a Wizard's Mind Bomb temporarily raises your Magic by 3 levels. So, technically, you can have a magic level of 82, and cast Teleblock with the temporary +3 stat-boost. However, drinking it temporarily lowers your Attack, Strength, and Defence skills by 3 levels. Wizard's Mind Bombs can be bought from the Rising Sun Inn (Falador), The Lighthouse Store (Lighthouse), and the Toad and Chicken (Burthrope). Wizard's Mind Bombs can also be player-made, with a Cooking level of 34.
