January 12, 200917 yr Yes smiles dont work in titles... I am demolishing my whole house and sending it to extreme makeover home addition :? and would like to know how to set it up. I am going to have basically one garden and re-build the rest of the house. My construction is 50 and I will save spots for rooms later on. Any ideas are appreciated and thank you. Pureprayer, you're awesome.
January 12, 200917 yr Build a dinning room, and a kitchen. Then get level 75 (or 70 if you have crystal saw) and make a house design using RuneHq and if you have any other questions post here. EDIT: Build the dining room so that the fireplace is facing away from the portal. Then build the kitchen just south of the bell spot so you can call your butler really fast. January 12, 200917 yr You can really set up most of your house however you want. But anything that you will be doing an excess of, build close to your portal. By that I mean: [*:25dg787m]Chapel - Keep close to portal for training prayer. [*:25dg787m]Study - Keep close to portal for making tablets. [*:25dg787m]Quest Hall - Keep close to portal for quick use of Glory Amulet (for banking after training prayer or making tablets, etc.). [*:25dg787m]Portal Chamber - Keep close to portal for quick use of portals. The above are somewhat listed by priority. - 99 fletching | 99 thieving | 99 construction | 99 herblore | 99 smithing | 99 woodcutting - - 99 runecrafting - 99 prayer - 125 combat - 95 farming - - Blog - DeviantART - Book Reviews & Blog
January 12, 200917 yr Author LOVE it but i will switch the alter and the study around. Is there anyway to make it so I have two portal chambers? Just tell me what room(s) to switch and I will be ok. Pureprayer, you're awesome.

Put a stairs in one hall and put one of your bedrooms upstairs, then put you 2nd portal chamber where the bedroom was "Probably the worst thing I do is take bubble baths. But manly ones." January 12, 200917 yr Compacted AlexDT's design and added another portal like you wanted. Ground floor- First floor- I couldn't get the kitchen and dining room the way I wanted too, but oh well. You can also put the throne room north of the quest hall if you ever feel like getting construction up.
January 12, 200917 yr I based my POH around two gardens, as they have no doors connected and allow faster access to more rooms. So you could think about added two gardens in a line and having your practical needs next to it (such as portals, alter, glory, study etc.). Retired Crew Member | Retired RuneScape Player
