Probly paint, but don't make any cause they are ugly.

well u could use paint, but using ps7 makes it alot esier using different layers.

I just really don't get how you do that stuff..... If anyone could help me please instant message me... I believe my aim address is at the bottom.

cuz when u make a new layer its just ezier cuz u can move that layer around without messing up the bg, or if u want 2 delete it u wont erase any of the bg

i made mine with ps6 i think :o rubbihs but i made it and im proud :D
