P4duke
(other account): I have 40 attack and I plan getting 60 (also I have 55 strength, but I will get 60 by the time I'll get members) ATM I am focused on range so what is better a) Get 60 attack by using rune scimi/brine sabre? (on members) and train range now B) Get 60 attack by using Obsidian Maul + Berserker Necklace (on members) and train range now c) Get 60 attack by using rune scimi NOW (I don't really like this) d) ... anything else? Btw - Is there any good monster in f2p on which I could train ranged? (not really interested by the rewards) Stats on that account: 40 Attack 55 Strength 40 Def 60 Hp 38 prayer
Lets_3ekout
What will you be training on? If you train on rock crabs/yaks/experiments/any other low def monster then you should try to get a obby sword and beserker necklace ASAP when you go members. Don't train with obby maul, only obby pures should do that and they get low xp/hr. Don't get 60 att now, range xp isn't THAT much faster in members (unless you chin/cannon) while melee xp is a huge amount faster. If you don't want to use an obby sword (search "tz" in GE and pick the black split sword version, not the knife), I'd go with your first choice. Wait until your members and train with a brine sabre (not rune scimmy!). mister_moocky
Just get members now. Everything is better in members. Access to better equipment = faster xp, better drops (herbs, herb seeds, half keys, higher level runes, clue scrolls, ect), charms... $5 a month (or whatever it is now) is nothing considering the time training in members saves you. It's also much more fun  quit
