I have a quick question before going p2p for the first time!

Featured Replies

Hello

I was thinking of going to p2p for faster training because training in f2p is so inefficient compared to p2p with its better weapons, armour, etc.

So my question is

What should I do to my account before I go p2p?

My stats are:

79 cb

60 atk

72 str [trying to get str up to mid 80's]

60 def

67 hp

57 range [trying to get it to the mid 80's so I can range/2h]

55 mage [mage is almost useless in f2p]

43 pray

50 mining

43 smith

63 wc

43 fish

44 cook

This account is meant to be f2p for pretty much forever.. but I need a faster way to train so thats why I want to go p2p.

Mainly trying to make it a maxed f2p med crater pker..

Thanks in advance to all that help :)

EDIT: My main question is what exactly should I do during the 1 month I will be mems?

I was thinking of training range with the Dwarf Cannon.. can someone tell me a better way?

thanks again

if possible get ur mage up.. ur current lvl gives you some pretty good teles.. but get it up to use more. =) you wont want to be walking around everywhere.

Stop only training str.

The stereotypical tipiter, "train up def and slay".

I'd also say base it on xp rates on f2p vs xp rates on f2p.

Doomy edit: I like sheep

Stop only training str.

You sir, are an idiot.

Well, if you can afford cannoning and don't mind the cash, go ahead, this may be expensive for some.

A faster, more expensive way is chinning, there are many guides for it just about everywhere, try archive of wisdom.

Train your agility up into the 50s. Do as many quests (for free experience in ALL skills) as you can. Fletch your way to maple longbows and make yourself a stash for when you go back to F2P. Set some small goals and complete as many as you can, but concentrate on those skills that will either have an impact or can only be used in F2P, but are tough to train.

Explore as much of the world as you can and make sure you gather at least one of every F2P item that you can before you go back to F2P from P2P and keep it in your bank as a placeholder (and get rid or sell all your P2P items that you can't use in F2P if you decide not to stay).
