July 25, 200520 yr If I try to log in to my hotmail account, i always get on the page "page cannot be displayed". This is only for me, cause my sister can log in her account. I already tried to search for virii and did DllRegisterServer of softpub.dll. Anyone knows why this happens? I can get on the hotmail main page on IE, but not on firefox. I'm running on Windows XP SP2, norton AV 2004, hijackthis, Spybot, ad-aware, and zonealarm.
July 25, 200520 yr You're saying you can access the main page, but your account doesn't work? However, your sister's does? Are you two using same or diff computers?
July 25, 200520 yr Author yes we use the same computer, and with firefox, I can't even get on the main page, but I can with IE, if I try to log in (on IE), i get the page of "page cannot be displayed"
