cat666
I had loads of gems in the bank and loads of gold bars so I made ammys and used the lunar spell to string them. Great XP. Is this a profitable way to train mage? I know there is a guy who buys ammys from the Spirit of Summer / Summer's End portals but dunno which or any details. Also what are the XP rates like? Is it worth buying ammys and stringing them, or buying bars, crafting to ammys then stringing? Slow crafting xp sure, but it's pretty painless. Thanks Trust the Gene Genie! Kazel
I can't give you much detail on XP rates or profit, but I can tell you this: The person who buys amulets is a Rogue, accessed by going to the Spirit Realm near the Rogues Castle in the wilderness (north-east corner, just outside of the castle. The portal is invisible). Then you must go inside the castle and open both the doors. After this is done, go back to the Normal Realm and talk to the Rogue, who will leave and go to Varrock. You can talk to him there and he will buy jewellry from you (not sure on the details of this either). Sorry I can't be of more assistance.
