January 25, 200917 yr There are 3 possible locations. Theres one south of tiranwn, one east of Tyras camp, and one north west of the entrance to the underground pass. I find whenever I teleport into lettya, and run south, they are always there if I go within a few minutes of ariving. Now I might be insanely lucky though too. Your best bet is to wait, or run back and forth between 2 or all 3 spots every 5 minutes. If you wan't to wait at one spot, I would suggest teh one just south of the entrance to lletya.

January 26, 200917 yr You need to stat MEP1 to access Lletya. You need to finish roving elves to start MEP1. In short, you have to do roving elves first, but as soon as your done you can start MEP1, recive your crystal and be sent strait into Lletya.

January 26, 200917 yr Also make sure that on your first trip into Lletya, kill a few elves while you're there. You'll get a few more uncharged teleport crystals as drops. Then go get those charged and store them in your bank. Personally I have 33 so I rarely ever have to worry about charging my teleport crystals to get back.
