The shield works better in my opinion and how can you go wrong for the price!!haha!The shield does not work away from the ice trolls. If you are planning to protect from the ice trolls protect melee (usually when cannoning), the rangers do do a little more damage but not enough to be incredibly dangerous or to avoid them.

SS is as fast if not slightly faster than whip and is an outstanding strtength training wweapon especially at your strength.i have been using it for some time now and it is absolutely excellent!! leaves d scim behind, super set deals with the slight nudge down on accuracy. it is also on the way up so a good investment me thinks:P

This is not correct for all loot sharing, you are talking about when coin share is on. Coin share will send the item to ge and split cash between loot shareres onto the ground. This only applies for items of about 60k+ eg d med is coin shared from kbd but tooth half key is not though similar prices.

a correlation exists between better drops for higher levels because of the impressiveness of the kill as jagex states. They will see the death of a 130 much more impressive than the death of a lvl 40

lol i cut yews from level 61-69 in 2 days....doing evil trees in between for the banking thing.

slayr, armoured skeletons on ape atoll, zammy warriors was good till i let leak and now its crowded. things like green dragons are good for a bit of profit with your exp

what do you mean from the update.......i have run up my ep too 100 and back to 0 about 30 times. this time i went from f2p with 20% into mems, still had 20%. got 100% and i mean just got it, left the second i did and came back to f2p with 157%

I never believe i'd use a title like that!:P i got 100% ep in a members world changed to non members pvp and had 157% ep.... how does that work? 100% is supposed to be out of 100 lol. Well now im intrigued, how did i get 157% and is it possible to get more?

just use spiders in the security of stronghold. They're afkable as long as u wear perhaps rune legs with yr d hide to protect u a little bit. The annoying part for f2p is having to pick up your arrows.

Hey all, Me and my friend have constantly bickered about whos the better whipper, i know i can beat him. We want to do a massive stake, winner takes all but i have heard u cant stake much now. Is it still possible to stake in the hundres of thousand or say a whip or ss or something?

you could try a cannon or chins down there it is multi. You would probably need protect from melle though or some damn good armour:)

whilst pking i killed my target and got a bandos icon, i then killed another target and got a broken statue headdress. What are these items? Their values are 50k and 5k and are in f2p. They're not in tip its items database from what i can find. Off topic question: Why did my target stay my target even after he pked me and then i pked him?

Is the crafting guild the best place for gold, there are lots of spawns and it doesnt seem to be overly crowded. I want to get my smithing up for a quest and i figure i might aswell level mining at the same time. My plan was to equip the smithing gauntlets from family crest and mine a full inven, turn to bars, bank and repeat. There is no smelting oven in crfting guild though so what is fastest way? cheers

I plan to use cannon for the very first time (at ice trolls unles u have better idea:)) and i am after major exp:) i am only level 56 range so what wlould i be best wearing and would i be better meleeing and leaving cannon or ranging anyway. What is a good strategy... ie where should i place cannon, should i attack what food should i take, should i take range pots etc etc. What other advice could you give me? all is appreciated:)

I want to know if cannon is an effective way of leveling range. I am level 55 range and going for 70 is cannon worth it? If so where would i use it? what places are perfect for leveling range with cannon? Does it give a reduced amount of range exp for every 1 damage?

At your stats using melee you would get about 60-70 kills per hour if there's not many ppl there. As for drops other than 100%'s...... lets just say that in 5600 kills approx i've never got anything but clue scrolls and charms and maybe the odd ranarr or rune dagger but rarely. No alch runes. The bones sell for a lot more and are definately worth keeping, if done properally banking barely reduces the amount of kills u get an hour (maybe by 5/hr). Good luck

The evel 50 spiders on second level of stronghold of security provide the best f2p melee exp and are aggressive. They're close to aedge bank soi u can food and pot up easily. At your level you would need to bank a lot though so it's up to you. Personally i think with full rune and scimmy you could get good exp there. GL
