A big controversy story has been happening right where I live... On new years days a white police officer shot an unarmed black man while laying face down. What makes this story even more insane is the whole incident was captured by bystanders on their cell phones and posted all over you tube. Now the only defense I've seen the officer say is "I thought it was my taser, not my gun". What makes me wonder is if this story would be this big if it was just 2 white males? Or are people just even more upset because they assume its racial.

Topic there died pretty quickly, there's not much discussion value to it anyway when you don't provide links of the shooting for us to see ourselves, we can't wholly judge in what manner the killing was performed without evidence to see.

But yeah. To some, this may really have some racial subtext and everyone needs to find his discussion value for himself. It's not like I'd have to have a list of questions every time I start a thread ( but I try to do so )
