I want membership and my parents dont really want to get involved in it. So the best way to get membership is through the mail. Lead me through the steps on how to do it.

If you really want to go about not involving parents, I suggest either using a friends credit card (With their permission :lol:). Even better yet, get one of those cards that they sell at Target/Walmart, you can buy in 3 month increments so it is pretty handy.

Go to RS homepage go to acount upgrade my acount

 

login into your acount

 

choose what u want (runescape)

 

choose subscribe without a credit card (near bottom)

 

choose how long

 

You then be transfeered to a website with options click pay by cash

 

 

 

enter your info then keep going once your done it will give u a recipt print that out or copy

 

Your rsn

 

the acount order

 

how long u want membership

 

and the total amount

 

 

 

stick that in a envolope with the money and mail it to them (adreess is given on the last page)

Google 'Ultimate Game Card'. Wal-mart sells this cards, and they are only $20. You can get a 3 month membership for that $20, and you scratch off the back, kind of like an iTunes Card.

No, they don't mail you a receipt back, they e-mail it to you. Your parents won't find out.

Yes, back when I was first trying to get members, I would just go to the site, follow the instructions, print out the thingy, put it on the envelope, the hardest part for me was figuring out the proper amount of stamps needed. Other than that, you wait a few days to maybe 1 week (personal experience) then your a member, avoid putting coins in, and remember you dont get credit for having "change". Receipt is email, so you need not worry about your parents finding it.

now this is a nooby irl question because i never mail things but ... can i simply leave the envelope in my own mailbox and the postal officer will recieve it and send it out to wherever im sending it... or do i need to put it in those postal service boxes on the streets (like near a bank or store or something)

Really, Blockbuster and Walmart both sell membership cards. They're easier, and cheaper (I think). However....

 

 

 

Your best option is to go to any local bank and buy a Visa/Mastercard gift card. They're just like credit cards, but you just give the bank cash, go home and activate the card online, and then use it for whatever you want :D . This is the cheapest way, and probably the easiest.

 

 

 

(This works for any online purchases that you may need. I recently bought a Zippo and had it mailed to my friend's house)

when i mailed mine i only put one (i live in ca, Usa) it always got there

i live in new jersey and im mailing it to some place in north carolina...

I don't think it would be more than 1. I live in New York and I think it had to NC also...or VA..I forgot #-o
