Yes, you're thinking of the right pair of Elves. Eluned is the female. EDIT: Here is a map http://www.tip.it/runescape/quest2/map_ ... nnwn_7.PNG The quickest spot to get to, I've found, is by using the Charter Ship to travel to the Tyras Camp and walking east(ish, follow the paths) to the Llyeta area. Eluned and her companion spawn just a little south of the entrance to Llyeta. EDITEDIT: It's only the fastest way, however, if you don't have a spare teleport crystal.
