February 1, 200917 yr Well, this certainly wasn't one our memorable wars. Por, suddenly, declares war on Lgz here. Everyone was pretty much awestruck that a clan with 44 members declares on 120+. But anyways, we accepted, not even making any adjustments to the rules or time, which would make you think that por is ready for that date and time. The rules: Participating list(s): F2p Full out Date: We would like to war next Sunday. 02-2-2009. Time: Time 8 pm GTM+1, if im right it's 2pm Est. Specific declarations: - No Allies, Clan friends - Map for war is Turrets - Ranged allowed, Melee allowed, No blasting binds only. - Safe war - Pooling allowed - Ring allowed - Corrupted disallowed So we set out for today, at 2pm est. 2:05pm est, still no sign of por. So, i pop into their irc and turns out they canceled the war? rofl? Since when do you cancel a war with another clan with no consent from the other clan? And even if you do cancel the war, you must give a 48 hr notice atleast to the opposing clan, so their schedule doesn't get messed. Por failed to do this. Even with that, it appears PoR's declaration wasn't even known to some of PoR's reps.. Lajos, a warlord in PoR acting like he doesn't know? Since we massed a good number of our guys, we weren't gonna go without an actual war. An auto win isn't what we are looking for. So, Por finally agrees to war 1 hour later from the set time, which means at 3pm est. Now, fast forward to 3pm est.. Remember, PoR (44 members) declares on LGZ (120+ members) so we were expecting a nice pull by them.. It didn't turn out as we expected. First off, the lead that por sent for the war had no clue what the war rules were. On the first challenge, I disabled blasts, he enabled then declined asking why are we warring in turrets? (scroll up it says turrets). After telling him that declaration was turrets, he agreed and warred, sadly though he failed to disable blasts. So blasts were enabled in the war. Round 1/3 Lgz starting: 49 Por starting: 16 Lgz ending: 48 Por ending: 0 Round 2/3 PoR refuses to war for round 2 because of their massacre in round 1. So they decided to think up of excuses not to war... Among those: 1. First excuse, they want matched opts war? The war declaration up top clearly says 'F2P fullout'. 2. They said we used blasts? Now, i'd like proof of this but, either way their war lord allowed blasts to be enabled. And we still said we will rm with no blasts enabled. Then they go back to the first excuse, going in circles... 3. Here, some por members lose patience and flame. Its obvious who the clear winner here is, blasts or no blasts, full out or no full out. We could of done a matched opts with them and still creamed them since we pretty much out leveled them also. But didn't, simply because it would go out of the tip.it rules posted by por in the first place. This isn't the first time por goes into a sketchy war, it seems, looking back at their war with nightfall. Gf anyways, not much of a fight tho, seems like you prefer spam wars over actual wars.

The reason why you Wanted to war is because you cancelled 2 other clans bk and another, my question is Did they get autowin as well. February 1, 200917 yr It is up to the warlord to make sure the rules of the war are followed. So if you forgot to disallow blasts during the war, it is not our fault but yours. As for why some members had blasts in their inventory, we had a clan drill before PoR arrived and some members brought blasts to practice. PROUD TO BE SE

This situation is somewhat similar to sgd vs hp. Where one clan is wrongly accusing another clan of breaking rules. And i believe tip.it officials asked sgd and hp to rm to resolve it. But this is where our situation differs. LGZ asked to rm por right then and they still refused.

And even after that, you didn't mass enough people. You're lucky we offered to postpone. We don't cancel wars to match your schedueles. Your leader agreed to a war but didn't tell every member of the clan? And what's with questioning why we were warring in turrets and not classic cw? That's not organization at all. So if you're going to accuse us, make sure you're "organized" first. And you don't just go changing your mind to wanting Matched wars. We massed for full out and we warred full out. If you can't take LGZ, then don't declare on us.

There is an option to allow binds and blast spells, or just blasts, just binds etc. In my opinion Legendz won this clearly, as much as PoR said they cheated, the fact is it was an official declaration that they made and they need to suffer the consequences. As y_guy_4_life said, blasts can be disabled in the challenge gui that comes up when you challenge someone that has challenged you. PoR failed to do this to enforce their rule. A sincere apology from one of our members that flamed... Alright this is regarding the lgz vs. Por war we had.. I feel very bad that i brought shame on legendz by saying "por= pathetic overrated rtrds" i would just like to say that as soon as i said it i felt really bad.. i pulled jack to my chat and told him everything.. I know flaming is the last thing you want to see your members doing, and i respect that, and im not really sure why i did it.. I will respect, and take any consequences that you give me, be it a warning, a ban for a while, a demote, or a perm ban. The thing was that we were ready to have a rm, where the warlord would get the rules perfectly right, so no mistakes can be made. Everybody makes mistakes? Even so, rules are rules but if we didn't blast, would it have changed the outcome? No. Even when we were ready for round 2, PoR wanted matched opts? You declared full out on us!? As for the flaming, a few clan members have confided in me about them doing it and I apologize on their behalf, but when we were all at Bh after the war, a poor guy in our clan called Jezzey was being flamed by 3 or 4 PoR members. "Nice combat", "nice name" were just 2 of the things they said to him. I had a screenshot of it but unfortunately I kinda screwed it up editing it and completely ruined it, and at that time I was getting tonnes of pm's saying about how PoR members were flaming. Before the war I had been warned by a friend in the clan who watched their youtube videos that they are known flamers, and this only sealed the truth about it. PoR were 1 hour late, failed to disable blasts in war, were always gunna lose and tried to change rules at war when we wanted a fair rm. Yes we blasted, but surely this counts as a win for Legendz? Round 1 was an inevitable win for Legendz, with or without blasts, and similar to the the Hp-Sgd war, a rm was considered the best solution. However! Round 2 we offered the same war as the one posted here in Twr, however would PoR accept this? No. You wanted a matched opts war which wasn't the same rule as the rules YOU DECLARED here on Twr! Point is that if we did break the rules and if it is decided that we lost, then that's false, cause that was Round 1 so we would have only lost Round 1, and Round 2 would have been the exact rules that PoR declared on Twr, but they wouldn't co-operate and therefore counts as a loss for them? I suggest that instead of flaming eachother, you both try to present this in a neutral way (feel free to PM Dbzruler72 or myself if you have anything to add that hasn't been mentioned in this topic) - that would also reflect better on your clans.
