I'd go with the good old Oak Larder, it'll set you back a bit, and you can cut it down a bit if you have the time for making the planks yourself, no idea how much it'll cost though, doubt it'd be more than 1M, but i'm most likely wrong, so sdon't trust me, calculate it for yourself, lol.
