I was attacked by a 109 (within your range) d clawer, who proceed to 2 spec me (at 99 hp and defence, with full void). When your alching you won't be able to tele or pray, if they time it right they'll get 3 hits in and almost certainly kill you. I camped 15+ hours at Ankous (Guthans from new to 0%) and then did pvp trick, garbage everytime, killed people 5 times an hour for 2 hours. I did it for 8 hours and got ~2mish in decent drops, friends have done it and got everything from whips to zerkers to furys to mages books to infinity, I'll have to keep trying.
