February 4, 200917 yr I'm pretty sure he means something like ObjectDock or Rocketdock. I recommend RocketDock, which I personally use. You can get it here: http://rocketdock.com/
February 4, 200917 yr Oh well then its not called a toolbar, its called a Dock. I thought he meant menu bar it was the closest thing I could place to being a "toolbar" but either way those links I gave have dock like programs listed.

February 4, 200917 yr For a long time, the only download links I could find were broken. Good to see they're back, RKLauncher is certainly the best of them all.
