Looks nice, though the stuff that you put over the render doesn't look very good. I would also change the way you smudged, it looks kind of rushed at the moment.

Get rid of text;

 

Get rid of stuff on top of the render.

Anyway, Yeah my main problem is the border, too thick and too bright. If you are going to off it from the edge set the layer to soft light.

OK guys I tried a smudge tutorial and did something else then just smudging in the wild xD

The border sucks, get rid of it. I think it's too large of an image too, there is too much blank space and more or less boring space. And really it's very blurry.

The border aint too bad IMO. The text needs to go, and the whole tag needs to be shorter.
