Im training smithing i got sc hammers and im level 39. But what should i smith to lose less money as possible?

Well, I've heard making addy bolts is the best, since you can't make them, try using iron or something

Iron arrowheads give more than knives, and for some weird phenomenon, they sell on the G.E.

I would just say smith the highest level item until you get to steel platebodies. These are great for alching or reselling. Every bar you smith gives you the same amount of xp for that metal. For example if you smith a steel med helm ( 1 bar ) that is 37.5 xp. If you smith a full helm (2 bars) you get 75 xp. I would suggest smithing steel knives when you can until platebodies because these are always in demand.

I will buy the bars and just smith. I only got 4 member days left so i want to use my sc hammers now.

hmm if you buy the bars its impossible to make a profit i think :-#

If you buy the bars, you will probably loose out on a little. Sometimes when you buy the ores (or mining them even better) and smith it it comes out a bit cheaper.

make iron nails and sell to sawmill, you either lose or make less than 10k
