February 13, 200917 yr I haven't, but I have seen wendy near the Legends Guild fairly recently, and I saw her. (shes a bit south, near the iron rocks)

Lottie won't let me move anything next to Betty's shop. I know about the guide at the end of the Swept Away quest. I couldn't find Wendy to start moving the creatures in the cage again. Perhaps the guide needs an update to reflect the fact that the caravan has moved, but Wendy has not? EDIT: She is near the crossroads south of Falador (the crossroads closest to the Crafting Guild). You must talk with her to start the side-quest, but you don't need a cat.
