DeeKay Posted February 13, 2009 Share Posted February 13, 2009 There was a bug, at some point, where you'd die leaving your untrimmed cape protected by a grave, go get a new cape, then pick the untrimmed one. I believe eventually they got trimmed anyway, covering every other possibility to keep your free of unnecessary trims (Magic cape, most notably).
