Spirit Terrobird requires 52 Summoning. Refer to tip.it's Summoning Guide for some information.

Bull ants can restore your run also, if you can't afford 52 summon you could get one of those.

Salt Water bath from "As a first resort" gives you unlimited run for a certain amount of time. Could invest in dueling rings to get you close.
