The seal doesn't do anything for the set bonus.

 

 

 

Besides, the seal's too expensive to use. 10 pest points for 8 area-of-effect attacks? No, thanks. Although it does look cool...

Bad luck happens. Learn and get over it.

If you want to get something else I would recommend getting the Ranger or Melee helm (depending on which one you already have). Having both helms is always a plus :)
