February 17, 200917 yr With your stats, B2P. If you fight them in chaos tunnels you can heal on rats if you use guthans but you might find yourself having to heal a lot with only 79 def. Quit. PM me if you play The Conduit to exchange friend codes.
February 17, 200917 yr Bone to peaches is the only real option for you. Guthan's is pointless on Dusties and you may get teleported to some random portal if you Guthan on the rats. Buntip works well if you get 68 summoning. Trust the Gene Genie!
February 17, 200917 yr Use the CT. B2P tabs is more then enough as long as you kill them quick. The kebabs are quite common and heal 19 each (well worth dropping a drop or peach for). I would advice you take super sets and bank every 2 hours (normally when you run out of supers). They drop some decent herbs/gems which seems a shame to leave. You can bring a chisel for the gems and make into bolt tips but tbh thats more of a hassle than a quick bank in Edgeville. Also a fair few crimson charms. Trust the Gene Genie!
