The colours and effects that you did add are pretty nice, but again, it's indeed pretty plain and just needs stuff added to it. :|

It'd look more convincing if he was blurred slightly. As said, it's plain; how about some fish?

I'm not liking the stock in the background. There colours are also bothering me too, I'm not sure why :? Is that a render at the front or part of the stock? If it's a render make it smaller. It's huge! It's covering about 60% of the canvas. The bubbles are nice, good job on that ::'

+1 Blur it a bit and add some fish and other detail in it. It's too plain at the moment. Overall, I'd say good concept and decent colours. Keep working on it though, its got a lot of potential :D
