Is that a render at the front or part of the stock? If it's a render make it smaller. It's huge! It's covering about 60% of the canvas. The bubbles are nice, good job on that : It'd look more convincing if he was blurred slightly. As said, it's plain; how about some fish? +1 Blur it a bit and add some fish and other detail in it. It's too plain at the moment. Overall, I'd say good concept and decent colours.
