Thieving and hunter would be pretty fast to level. Do you have much/any money to spend? Or do you only want to level non-buyables? Herblore and construction would be some quick levels if you have money.

I have about 15m I'm willing to spend, but 15m on 7 levels is a little ridiculous. Yes, I already leveled Hunter some three times since I got back, and it's been a lil rough on my hands. Construction as well, I still have about 2k oak planks sitting in my bank.

For Herblore, I can't find the right potion to use. I always end up making super energy restores. #-o

Well those are really the fastest levels you'd get, I think. They are some of your lowest skills and are also pretty fast xp per hour. You could probably get a few cooking levels too. It's a fast skill to level but you're already pretty high. Plus I wouldn't bother with it since you can always level it in F2P. I would focus on thieving, hunter, herblore and construction if I were you. Not only will you get a lot of levels from them but they're also P2P skills so now is your chance to get some levels from them.

Of all those skills, the only one that seems to be a nuisance for me is thieving. I tried Pyramid Plunder before and it's boring, while pick-pocketing with gloves of silence isn't that enjoyable for me either. Any advice on leveling it? :x

Well Pyramid Plunder really is the best/fastest way. Here's a guide if you need some help with it: :: Pyramid Plunder Guide - Fastest Experience ::

If you don't like it then just work on the other skills that I suggested first. Who knows, you may even get all the levels you need from them and won't have to thieve at all :)

That guide helped a lot, I'll see how far I can get with thieving before I get bored  The numbers don't look bad when you see it in a guide, but when you do it ... I think I'l be best off with a specified world :x

But anyway, I'll look into the buyable ones first and then the other skills. Thanks :D

Get the rest with cooking levels, they're *bleep* of easy when you have a ton of money. I know because I've got 99 cooking :)

Best Drops: 1 d skirt, 1 whip in party room, 1 robin hood hat (lvl 3 clue), 1 sara bracer (lvl 3 clue), 2 zamorak pages (page 1 and 3), 1 guthix page (page 3)

To be honest, I don't want an AFKable skill to train. And cooking really has no use for me, other than success rates when I cook food. Besides, I get all my uncooked tunas and swords from MTK, so I'm limited as to how many I cook. That doesn't bother me though, because I invest waaay too much there ...

Would I be better off using laws, dusts and CW ring or just running from House -> Yanille bank with energy pots?

EDIT:

i did 58-70 in 2 days, but i wasnt playing all that long or paying attention much, so probably a few hrs

A few hours getting about 400k xp? >_>

You're better off using a butler. Have noted logs, money, saw and hammer in your inventory. Have your butler unnote as many logs as he can, and then have him run to the sawmill to make planks. When he gets back, give him more logs to unnote while you build larders, and repeat.

Alright, I'll consider using that method. How long should I expect for a butler's run?

exactly the amount of time it takes to use up all your oak planks on oak larders i got from 63-70 construction and without the butler it would have taken ages!

Apparently Bandits are actually faster until level 90.
