Runescape not loading with Mobile Broadband

Hi, very recently i decided to return to Runescape after a short break, but when i tried to load the game it stuck at "Loading Interfaces - 75%" - I've had a look around and it seems the problem for this is Mobile Broadband providers not allowing the game to download some of the necessary parts of the game. And as-far as i can tell the only way to fix this problem is to get a freinds cache folder (who can access runescape) and put it into my directory. I tried this with one of my freinds but she has vista and we couldnt work out where to locate the files.

So, could anyone either;

A) Tell me where to find the Runescape Folder on Windows Vista which is usually in "C:/WINDOWS/.Jagex_Cache_32/" on Windows XP

or

B) Upload their own runescape cache by locating the folder "C:/WINDOWS/.Jagex_Cache_32/Runescape", Adding it to a .rar or .zip archive, and uploading it onto a file hosting website, such as Filefront or directly into your post.

The latter of the two options would be of more use, since others could use it too. Please, this isnt an opportunity to add a keylogger or virus here, so please dont. If you do you will be reported, along with the runescape account name that is connected to your account.

I would be greatly appreciative, and im sure others who have this same problem would be. Thanks

You choose the graphics mode after the game is loaded now. According to a post i read on the RS website.

Like i say, I know how to solve the problem, i just either need someone to tell me where the jagex cache is stored in Windows Vista or need someone to upload theirs.

How do I get my laptop enabled for wireless broadband? I bought a wireless router for wireless connection to my laptop. The desktop PC is connected to the router with ethernet cable and works fine. Is there something else I need to buy or do to make the laptop enabled for wireless broadband?
Are you paying for service?
