February 24, 200917 yr Well im a bit confused about which ranged armour ti use on my way to 95Ranged. I just saw in a guide that the ranged attack bonus with void is only +108, while with the setup im using the ranged bonus is +184. Does the ranged attck bonus affect ranged at all? Isnt it better to have a higher ranged attack bonus? Constant high hits right? **Thanks to Boo_Boy666 for my amazing Singnature**[hide=Slaytanicc's Achievments]|99Cooking achieved 24Dec 2008|99Strength achieved 17Feb 2009|99Hit Points achieved 8April 2009||99Defense achieved 29May 2009|99Attack achieved 2August 2009|99Ranged achieved 14August 2009|[/hide][hide=Guides by Slaytanicc]Aviansie Maging + Ranging Guide (Must Read!!)Iron Mining + Banking GuideGreen Dragons GuideAnkou Slaying Guide[/hide]
February 24, 200917 yr Constant hits right? Corrected that for you. Higher range attack bonus is like saying increased accuracy pretty much (at least that is what it seems like to me), you will hit much more often on NPC's with higher defence levels. Void gives a +10% bonus to accuracy and damage, meaning you will hit higher with the void. But since the set has less of a range attack bonus the bonus 10% given to accuracy may not be enough to make you hit as constant or more constant than other range armors. Helpful? Apparently, my signature was to big.

February 24, 200917 yr It seems that Void is usefull at monsters with low defence, where the extra damage shows. At monsters with high defence, due to the relatively low accuracy of void , d'hide is better.

Well which one of the two is better? if you hit a lot of the time without void, void is generally considered better. but if you miss a lot of the time with a high range bonus, you'll miss even more with void so it wouldn't be better. There are three sides to every story: There's one side, there's the other, and there's the truth.
