It really pisses me off when people think that there should be more high level content just because THEY have high levels.

Good high level content in it'self isn't that bad, it gives people something to work towards, but there has to be a point where it just gets stupid to FORCE people into grinding skills to higher levels just because the people already at the top think that they should because they did.

Mid level content should be more released than your elite high level content, because it will appeal more to the general Runescape population. And just because it's lower level content, does that stop high levels from using it? If you say 'OMG I couldn't do that it's for noobs' then you should seriously realise how [developmentally delayed]ed you are, or go get a life preferably.

If good high level content is made, people will work towards it. As I type this, there are many people slaying/killing Waterfiends/bursting/barraging Rock Lobsters for their Summoning goal. In my opinion, Summoning is the best skill ever because the rewards at 88 and 96 are nothing short of incredible, and the skill offers great rewards for the lower levels too. Also, when Dark Bows were announced, hundreds, if not thousands of people, myself included rushed to train Slayer in hopes of hitting 90 before the update. When Dragon Arrows and Implings were announced, hundreds more rushed all the good Hunter spots to try to get 83 before the update. Many people want, and are working towards 70 Agility so they can access Sara GWD.

See exactly! I am fairly well leveled and yet I have spent last few months working towards 96 summoning through slayer. (Which btw jagex it is a GOOD high level update aswell as a good low level update but its far too rare we see them.) Its FUN and is a 'GOAL' for me to achieve. I am not one of the players that have this skill level and I am glad I havnt got it yet. A level I do not yet have and its exciting to achieve something that doesnt take a few days such as most of the quest requirements or new content. (For those who dont have it that is)

I dont really expect massively high level requirements but I would like to see requirements more often around 80-90 rather than 'always' 20-60 with a couple of 70-80 chucked into the mix.

Jagex seem a little biased towards players who arnt likely to be putting time into their game so need to keep tempting them with low updates they can do. Which is fair enough they need to do this so the majority of updates should be aimed at this; but a large number of updates should still be put aside for higher leveled content to lure people too. Its irrevelant if everyone doesnt have time to get 80 in all their skills because 'they do not have to!' get 80 in all their skills. They do not have to complete all the quests. They can simply do whatever it is they want to do. If its content they cannot yet use then its an incentive to work towards that level. Yet they dont have to do it! There is plenty of other content they can do.

Minigames that everyone can join with a slight advantage to higher levels (usually combat) isnt what I hear people want once we get skills higher. Its would also be nice if it wasnt combat related and based more on skills. (Again not minigames but rather content based on skill level to use or make etc.)
