Strength training, 73 - 80

Hi all, i'm just about to get the big 70 defence with my whip. Now i'd like to raise my strength upto 80 and more than anything i wanted to know a good weapon. I'm saving for ss but it's a while off and i was thinking something one handed so i can train on drags for profit also. i have done d scimmy to death and obviously my whip is no good for str training. If i sell my whip i would have around 4.5mil to spend. Any suggestions?

Only other option is a obby weapon and zerker necklace.

Dragon Scimmy or the Obby/Berserker are your main 2 choices.

 

 

 

If you are not slaying (which you should be doing if you are not!) then you can Dharok Ape Atoll monkeys.

 

 

 

The Sara Sword is well worth it though.

Its just a skill.

 

Not even efficient, but most of the slayers explain efficiency in great detail :roll:

Obby combo is more than d scim xp, but quite less than SS xp.

 

 

 

And it costs around 700k? (havent checked prices in long time)

Cos you get melee, HP and slayer XP all at once.

 

 

 

I've slayed from a very low combat and will max out melee before I hit 99 slayer. If I hadn't have slayed, I would have to "re-do" all my melee combat to get 99 slayer making in inefficient. Whereas I will get 99 def at about 96-97 slayer so won't have much "extra" fighting to do to hit 99 slayer. I can then conentrate my fighting on GWD and bosses for cash.
