Att/def/str/hp either spiders if you want to waste tons of food, or flesh crawlers if you truly do not want to pay attention.(I'd go fleshies)

Range after you get 70 def; r. helm, dhide body r. legs/skirt, dhide vams iron arrows, there is an alcove of lvl 25 minotaurs near the exit on the first level of the SoS. 'Tank' attack them for a minute then go running around picking up the bigger piles of arrows.

Mage superheat mith ore, watch the prices.

Quickest will be magic.

Best place to train melee in F2P are the Giant Spiders (50) on the 3rd level of the SOS.

Best is definitely the Level 50 Giant Spiders in the third level of the SoS (Stronghold of Security). They have 50hp each.

Right now I'm not sure whether to do flesh crawlers or giant spiders...

I'm definatly now going to the stronghold as lessers were a bit of a waste of time with how busy they were.

What would you guys suggest :?: ::'

I would spend a day at the fleshies, then spend a day at the spiders. After the two days see which one you like more.

At your levels they will pretty much be the same xp/hr over the long run. This is due to the greater number of food runs you will need on the spiders.

For fleshies train at the spot near the end of the level, and try to find am empty world.

You're defense is too low for giant spiders. Wait until at least 75 until going there.

Flesh crawlers for melee and ranged. You can afk both. The HP should come to you that way as well. Don't pick up your arrows, just use bronze.

As for magic, superheat irons if you want best xp, and superheat mith for the least loss. Don't alch, it's terrible. Mage would be the fastest of all your goals, but the most click-intensive and costly.

For set-up, there's not much to say in f2p. Use FOG gear if you like it, regular if you don't.

Here's my complete guide to the SoS, it should help you:

It's rather long though, just skip to the parts you need.
