March 11, 200917 yr I have 40 defense, 60 attack, 84 strength, 80 hp, 1 prayer and I'm p2p. Does anyone have any good training ideas? Flesh crawlers are too slow, ankou hit too much and experiments are a no go because I'm 1 prayer. I'm really just after experience, so slayer doesn't really work. I've heard soul wars is ok, but is it worth having to play extra to get the hp experience to even it out?

I don't see why you need prayer for experiments though...You need to do Priest in Peril to get into Morytania which in turn require completion of Restless Ghost which gives 1,125 prayer exp as a reward. Seeing as i think pures are a waste of time, idk how much 2 cb levels will effect you.
