Help with Aviansies?

Hi, I need help with Aviansies... I never went, and want some help. (BTW I don't have 70 range, I have 67 ATM.) I'm wondering what I should wear...

 

Right now I'm planning on wearing...

 

-Zam Book

 

-Saradomin Legs

 

-Armadyl Pendant

 

And the others... NO CLUE. That's what I need help with, and what my inventory should look like...

Monk top, dhide legs, god mitre, god necklace (the higher prayer one, can't think of the name), attractor, dhide vamps, a god cloak, broad bolts and rune c'bow.

 

Boots either bandos, snakeskin or climbing.

 

Ring of life, archers ring or wealth.

 

 

 

Don't bother with the pendant as you'll be praying and them auto attacking you speeds up the kills.

Since your praying you need the biggest prayer bonus to stay there as long as possible and to reduce the cost its not really worth changing without you take monk bottoms instead of dhide legs, but you lose a big range boost.

But I think that Glories still do give a prayer bonus, plus I'd hit higher too.

Ok, just looked over your stats and tanking is going to easier, but you really could do with either 60 prayer or 70 defence to make it worthwhile.

I have some extra cash to spend on prayer potions. I think it'll be okay to pray...

 

Oh, and I checked prayer bonuses for the Glory and is +4.

You'll be spending too much on prayer pots at your levels trust me get atleast 55 (50 bare minimum) first.

 

Tanking will be costly but cheaper then prayer at your prayer level.

 

Even with holy wrench its going to be 1 kill per just under 1 prayer dose so you won't be getting a decent profit at all.

 

 

 

Spend 1 mil on d bones which should get you over 50 prayer, then buy the gear I recommended.

If you're tanking, here's what I use: decent defensive bonuses with pretty good range bonus.

No way, it's like 4m from mid 50's to 70, so 46-50 should only be a few hundred thousand at max

As many as you can carry, plus the rope and climbing boots/12 gp/trollheim tele, alch runes and staff.

You will need at least 70 range and defence before doing this, and lower levels, tank is better.

Ammy: God Stole>arma pendent(Since you're praying, you won't need much def from anvais)

 

Body: Monk's Robe Top(thanks to a recent update, this now counts as a sara item)

 

Legs: red hide chaps

 

Back: Attractor

 

Boots: climbing, snake/ranger(if you can use trollhelm, use snake/ranger. Or take both and drop climbing when you get there)

 

Gloves: Barrows gloves>Dragon gloves>red hide vambs

 

Finger: Archers>Explorer's>life(i find wealth USELESS here)

 

Bolts: Broad>em E>Mithri

 

Shield: Zam book

 

Weapon: Rune Key'Bow

Sorry about my earlier posts it was getting late and I was typing in a hurry.

 

 

 

Let me explain a few things;

 

The 1m I quoted to get your prayer should get to to 53/54 prayer, I was looking at the cost to get you to about 55, but I forgot to add this.

 

I always get accumulator and attractor mixed up.

 

The god cloak or accumulator thing depends on your prayer level, less then 60 its worth taking the god cloak as you'll use too many prayer pots otherwise.

 

The necklace I was thinking of was the stole, but you need 60 to wear it (this is why at 60 I recommend switching to accumulator from god cloak) as a second bested wear unholy necklace as its 8+ prayer and 2+ range attack.

 

Boots as I said bandos are great if your praying in the north west corner as they allow you to walk freely with only avainsies attacking you.

Take about 3 range potions, holy wrench, teleport runes (trollwiesse if you have access to it), high alch runes (enough for about 100 casts), a 2 or 3 place holder food items (eg trout) and the rest prayer potions.
