March 19, 200917 yr ok ive been using the graak rc method and i want to cut down on the amount of super energys i use, anyway what the best/ quickest way 4 me 2 get 70 agil, btw plz dont say agility area in brimmy, it takes soo long and i gave up at 300 tickets, (58-62 agil) :ohnoes:

March 19, 200917 yr If the Wilderness course isn't your thing, you can also try the ape-atoll course (you need to have finished the Monkey Madness quest though). Another possible alternative might be Bandos' Throne room, allthough I don't have too much info on that one, its rumoured to be rather fast (you need tohave done the Chosen Commander quest for this one)

Another possible alternative might be Bandos' Throne room, allthough I don't have too much info on that one, its rumoured to be rather fast (you need tohave done the Chosen Commander quest for this one) it was rather fast for a day...then it got the [cabbage] nerfed outta it 600xp/lap+250range and 125str>380agil/lap 125 range+str now its another med lvl course 1100 total achieved 03/02/09 880thousandth to reach it :P1200 total achieved 29/09/11 1.23millionth to reach it :P
