Step 13 says you can't have the HAM robes on while talking to Milton. This is not true, I wore the full set before speaking to him, and made it in just fine. He DID say I shouldn't be wearing them, but he did not stop me.

 

 

 

He pretty much just gives you a heads-up since it's a secret hideout, and they don't want HAMs to be seen running in and out; kinda too late if I've already made it in there wearing the uniform tbh :roll:

I can confirm this :). I remember wearing the HAM Robes (never read that part of the Quest Guide) and him warning me not to be seen wearing them, but nothing happening.
